Navigation flashed up after Columbus install

Installed the Columbus a couple of days ago and all works well and did not see Navigation in the Maxidot which I had expected as knew I would have to get it coded. This evening when I switched on, Navigation flashed up in the Maxidot then disapeared. Any ideas?
