Warbley Noise

Featured Replies

I seem to be asking more questions on here than I'd like at the moment.

Just taken 'her indoors' Octy for a drive and there is a warbley noise briefly after the clutch is pressed in to change gear. Sounds a bit ominous. Any thoughts?

release bearing?

:giggle: (or indeed it could be the mother in law)

Thanks, release bearing does sound like a possible candidate. Googling around it seems that there is no urgency in sorting this out? My main concern was that is could be the DMF but I have no idea how these work or what they would sound like.

someone beat me too it... i was gonna say dubstep in your gearbox..
