hey guys...just thought id ask if anyone has removed a heater matrix before? my car has flooded so ive removed the seats, carpets, lower dash, glove box, centre blower vents, steering column covers, centre console and heater blower and resistor.

i have managed to remove all screws i can see yet the thing wont come out! i cant even see how you get the entire heater box out at all! its so frustrating!

I thought id ask somebody one here as i cant get hold of any tech data :(

Heater matrix's are my worst nightmare!

Did one a few years ago on a saxo! Whole dash out job! Took me a full 8 hours to do it :o

I know! i have done them in mercedes vito and it was a nightmare...just need to know if the heater box splits into two or the whole thing has to come out? would like to find someone who has done the job or has some tech data/pics/posts for me! its so frustrating!!!

Dash out and bar out

4 bolts in engine bay through panel holding it on. It really is a massive job!!!
