quite disappointed with the performance of the vrs, so looking to get a remap after its been checked over and serviced. im based near exeter and was wondering if the is anywhere local(ish) that does good custom remaps. At the moment im planning to travel up to badger5 but if anyone knows of a closer place, would be appreciated.

I would speak to Matt @ Volkscraft on Marsh Barton who is also a Revo dealer. Best local bet really.

To be blunt, for custom, there's nowhere in the south west.

iirc Badger5 is a revo dealer - doesn't do his own maps as I understand it

TSR in bridgewater - talk the talk, but want megabucks, and no decent reviews or writeups to be found online.

celtic tuning are to be avoided

R-tech are only 3hrs away

Had my revo done at performnce driven in taunton, simon is a top guy

Tsr fudged my golfs 1.8t conversion, but they went belly up after that and reopened now with that guy GONE i beleve

Gah! You could have said that in your first post. :p I assumed car was stock and you were just looking for a little kick.

badger5 are a revo dealer, but also do custom maps. r-tech and badger5 are renowned for excellent mapping on audis with with this engine. tipton garage are very specialist and very expensive, but have a great motorsport background and are only a few miles from me.

what induction kits are people finding to be good on these, there seems to be too many to choose from

well, that settles that, tipton garage are no longer doing remaps so off to badger5 it is then

also, yes car is standard at the moment the revo map was on my last car
