I know the wheels you mean there on the sort of jacked up polos,

are they these as the look the same as the polo ones with seperate headlights

They are BBS RW and the correct name for the car is Polo Dune.

eBay? A VW Dealer? Or find a BBS importer

There not very common cars so i bet theres not many about, never seen any on ebay
