Hello guys

Just wondering if you could help me i have notice a rattle or a whinning noise seems to be coming from the gearbox. It does it when i am driving and does it when in netural but if i put it in first then put it back into netural it some times stops

Ive got a similar issue on mine. Only seems to happen in 5th and 6th when accelerating on mine. Car is currently in the Garage for a diagnosis so I will report back when I hear from them.

Could you let me know what they say i have spoke to a few garages and they think it not a new gearboxes but it does sound like a shaft or a bearing gone

Well I just went to collect the car and was told that they can't diagnose the fault, they took it out for a 20 mile ride and can hear the noise but it's not loud enough to pinpoint, so their suggestion is come back if it gets louder. Not much help really, if you get anywhere with your noise I would love to know the reason.

Yea mate i will do but i think it just goin to be a npise what no1 can fix without costing you arm and a leg
