Hi Ive only just got my Fabia and was wondering if anyone knows if when you have a CD in can you listen to the radio or do you have to eject the CD first, I'm asking because in my golf you could do this and switch between either the CD or the Radio

Just press the button that selects the radio band (marked 'A/F' IIRC - it's the one to the right of the CD slot). Should do the trick - certainly does when listening to a CD in the changer!
