Both these motors should be out by the end of the year according to the article

All of those who are big fans of diesel cars should remember one thing...that without a turbo of any kind, a diesel car is crap Petrol cars, on the otherhand, move without turbos...and when they DO have turbos, they FLY...

So your torque figure is more the 258 lbs...sure you're not reading it in Nm as written on the plots?
