Hire Car

Featured Replies

Got a hire car yesterday, my local Nationwide seem to have bought a fleet of Skodas.

They gave me a Superb diesel with DSG.

I thought it was ok but it just missed that spark that I have in my Occy. A leather steering wheel wouldn't have gone a miss.

Nice car to drive though. Better than the 1.6 diesel Occy Greenline I got last time, that one had no guts at all but that was to be expected lol

They take the SD cards out of the Sat Navs too =(

Sat Navs don't come with SD cards - the maps are stored on a HDD. The SD Card slot is just for music.

My Skoda dealer's given me a Fabia vRS today whilst mines in for a service!

If you pressed the nav button it said no media or something like that

It needs to be loaded onto the drive by DVD....Thats if the Amudsen unit is the same setup as the Columbus (I would have thought so)
