Just wondering.

is there a reason why (IF) I drained the petrol out of a car I am getting rid of (has around 1/8 tank in it) and then sold it for say 50p a litre, that it's illegal to do this? I'm more likely to keep it to use in the lawnmower, but I just wondered....?

Not sure there is any deminimus limit with either of the above.

Doesn't the AA, etc, do this when someone runs out of fuel?
