Will the car still run or will I have to fix it first?

i belive that is the pipe that connects to the y piece someone else can confirm that better tho. it would be best to fix it if it is as you will have oil and fuel going everywhere !

One of the main breather pipes need to be replaced asap m8

also best to replace it with a silicone pipe if you can

Yup, it's the pipe that connects the crankcase breather to the inlet pipe. It will be a letting unmetered air into the system, so the fuel mixture will be off. Could also cause the EML light to come one.

Anyone know where I could get a replacement pipe? Maybe creation sport? I'm not sure what I'm looking for, as the TIP was my first engine upgrade it hasnt gone well so far and I have no clue what I'm actually doing and what everything is yet! :-(

here ya go toasty

Failing that, get some Silicone pipe and a catch can and loose the y piece. dont do what i done and bought the Y piece, fitted it, never drove car then put on a catch tank.... I have silicone spares lol Dont tell the wife tho.. i have "just not fitted it yet" lol

Thanks Gee-man

But its not the Y-pipe that is snapped its the second one that goes into the y pipe not the one that comes from the cylinder head

I got this image from the link you gave us but cant find the part number or the name of the pipe.

Just FYI... if you go direct to the creation motorsport website they do free delivery at the same price  .

Also, if you are considering full silicone pipe work and DV relocation, ask them directly about combining their turbo to intake silicone hose kit and DV relocation.... only cost me an extra fiva over the silicone pipes to include the DV relocation (£75 all in)... although it doesn't include anything to block the original DV connection from the turbo sadly.

ahh sorry toasted one.. Also, if you mail CM they will do you a deal on many pipage like i just done. i cannot praise them enough. i have a Samco hose from my scooby that i never fitted and the quality is better than the samco.. yes i did just say that!

I would buy 1, 2, 4 and 5 on that pic if i was you

1 is dealer only but 2, 4 and 5 can be had from creation motorsport

So its the PCV Lower Breather Pipe I need then? The T connection was throwing me off a little bit!

I wasnt planning on having to do the pipes tbh as im kinda broke, but if i have to buy one I may as buy all the essentials now to get the best price wise.

Which other pipes would people recommend doing?

An Oil catch can and the related pipe work is probably the best solution (plenty if guides on here on how to do it)

if you dont want to go that route you can purchase silicon versions of pipe numbers 5, 2 and 4 in that diagram from creation motorsport.

Ive got the CM Y-Pipe and the one below it, mine snapped in the same place as yours. Get a good set of. cutters to get the standard clamps off, makes life much easier.

Mine took me about an hour to do but a good 45 mins of that was getting the stupid clips off!!
