New Superb Through CarQuake.....Any Advice?

Featured Replies

Newbie poster so apologies in advance if I'm posting in the wrong place.

Looking to purchase a new Superb and by far and away the best deal is via CarQuake. Local dealers can't/won't get anywhere near the price offered. The car is not a pre reg, not an import and ordered/supplied to my exact spec. They (CarQuake) say that all cars are sourced via UK dealers who we (customers) then deal direct with................Question is, can I trust them? Does anyone have any advice/experience of dealing with CarQuake?

All comments/advice etc greatly appreciated.

I looked at them but didn't go any further as they'll not give you a price for a part exchange before you commit to buy. They say that they find you the cheapest price for a new one, but the value of your old car seemed to be whatever the dealer decided to give you.

It looks OK if you're buying outright without a part exchange though.

Thanks Penpusher. They have quoted me a firm PX price based on the full appraisal I supplied on the form they issued. I'm just concerned that the level of discount seems excellent......almost too good? .............but, they give the appearance of selling lots of cars...sound fine on the phone......I'll be the first reg owner on the V5 etc etc..........too good to be true?
