Fabia VRS VAT Free

Featured Replies

So any one have one on order yet,am thinking hard on it :hi:

Do it!!!! :D

2 year old, immaculate vRS with under 20,000 miles are selling now for under £10,000 at dealers.

£3000-£3500 a year is a big hit to take for the joy of collecting a new car.

What is a Skoda Dealership offering for a 2010 vRS in a trade in against buying a Free VAT vRS?

1-2 year old immaculate Petrol VRS (Octy) can be had for £12-13K if you look hard enough.

Even Autotrader has an ad on a 2011 under 14,000 mile Octy 2.0T FRS vRS in white, 'asking' is for less than 10 grand.

Skoda Dealerships discounting new cars hits used residuals badly.

Skoda Dealerships discounting new cars hits used residuals badly.

Citroen have been doing it for years - no-one EVER pays list price (or near it) from what I gather - but then you look at the residuals.. Same across the board, to be honest. If there's a sniff of a decent discount on a new one (even if you have to wait until the next "sale" is on), no-one is going to pay top dollar for a nearly new one?

Well you maybe need to hang about Dealerships more often when,

'Many pay list price'

& think they are getting a great deal with a few accessories thrown in, or get a great discount then Get Paint Protection and Fabric coating etc since they saved so much on the deal!
