Hi I'm Dan, I Placed a deposit on a Octavia Scout 2.0 tdi pd 140 today, I did a lot of research before going for it and most of my google searches I ended up on here so I thought I'd join.

It's going to be a strange change for me car wise, I've only ever owned classic minis! I got my first at 17 then about a year later I got another classic mini, sold it and bought another one, sold them both and at the moment I'm driving around in my Dad's fiesta that doesn't even have abs, or remote central locking or leccy windows! So I can't wait to pick it up, though having owned classic minis, I'm constantly thinking of ways to customise it but I can't think of anything to change! I guess that's a good thing! So for now I'm just looking at the pictures. First thing I'll do is get a diesel sticker for inside the filler cap so I don't forget!

I quite like older skodas too, I really fancy a felica estate sleeper!
