Hey there,

I have recently bought a Superb 1.9 130 Edition 100. Everything seems so far so good with it, except 2 little things.

1) There seems to be a leak in my washer bottle,

2) interior lights at the front not working.

Now I have been reading about the water ingress problem and I am know that It has been covered alot. However looking at the various posts and pictures etc, I am not sure if this is a job I could undertake myself, as I am not the most mechanical minded person.

Does anyone know of a decent, reputable Skoda specialist, other than the main dealers, in the York area, that may be able to help with this, and If anyone has used them for the same problem, any ideas on cost?

thanks guys

bulb, or switch in wrong place. washer bottle can be replaced, doesnt sound like ingress but i wouldnt know for sure

Fuses have been checked, bulbs been replaced, from what I have read this is a symptom of the water ingress problem :)

Any problems with interior lighting which cannot be resolved by lamp or fuse replacement will be a corroded wiring node in the LH floor area due to water ingress.

Google "Wierd little biscuit" or do a forum search.
