Octavia VRS 2003 , Remap advice please

Featured Replies

Hi guys , I have just had my car serviced within the last week and i am contiplating having the car remapped , Unfortunatly i dont have a great deal of cash to throw around,

I have not done a lot of reading regarding remapping but have seen companys like MORE BHP based in Crewe Chesire charge £99 for sending the ecu via post to be remapped , or £199 if you take the vehicle to them , If im correct ,

I understand you can buy the kits for £199 so you can do it your self (which seem reasonable)

What companys do people recommend in the staffordshire / Chesire area to carry out the work from previous experience ? And is it a worthwhile investment ?

Thanks in advance

Craig

Get what you pay for,

save up and go to shark or revo,

Somebody on here had one of these done and had endless problem and i think ended up with a new ecu

I've heard good things about more-bhp but for the sake of an extra 50 quid I'll e going to R-Tech!
