Hi Everyone Rookie here

I have a 58plate VRS Octavia diesel, over the past few days my coil light has come on flashingon and off and power gone into safe mode, turn off ignition and restart and car goes ok for a while. I have taken it into Lightcliffe Skoda Warrington who have checked the system couldnt find an issue, reset and took on test drive said ok but to monitor it over the next couple of weeks but within a mile of leaving them coil light returns flashing away losing power again. would it be easier for me to replace the glow plug or is there something else i should be looking at? As I arrived home the exhaust system warning light was on. Do I have a major or minor problem on my hands? My DPF was replaced last year by Lightcliffe and that has been fine but this issue is bugging the hell out of me.
