Selling the Monte

Featured Replies

Maybe.

It's been a good year and I genuinely like the car but it's not really suiting my back on the commute and I have the option on something a bit more suitable if I can get out of the skoda.

Other than auto trader, where else is it worth sticking an advert? Very full spec but high miles for a one year only car. Any suggestions?

I sold my Octavia VRS at the end of last year to make way for the fabia. I tried Ebay which was a waste of time with lots of stupid questions from Gary boys. Piston heads likewise. Gumtree free and worth a punt but not for me. I eventually sold it advertised at the side of the road for what i wanted. Having said that if it hadnt sold within a couple of weeks auto trader would have been the next step. It wont hurt to fire up the printer and get some signs printed up. Good luck with the sale.

Send me the spec and how much you want for it - possibly interested.

do you regret swapping octavia to fabia, im thinking of doing the same but not sure if going to regret, got 2 kids one of 10 and 3 ....

Years ago i would like a car and maybe not like the seat, it killed my back , or it really annoyed me.

I started doing like Taxi Drivers do, change the seat not the car.

Loads to chose from at a Scrap Yard, or even a nice £300-400 job will be less than the cost of changing cars

Can save you money & change your life.

I've sold a couple of cars on Piston Heads no probs. Just registered and the adverts came free.
