Hey guys.

I know this mod isn't to everyone's tastes but can anyone help me with sourcing these?

I gather they are a retro fit - does anyone know how to fit them?

I'm gonna be fitting 4 smoked ones sometime this year when I get a chance, German ebay has some but I got mine with help from a m8 that went to the states

I have them on the front of mine,got them from hong kong I think but not certain as it was some time ago but they don't come with bulb holders so I just got some capless sidelight holders out of a scrap car and wired them in to back of headlights and there is no template so I just made one out of cardboard and trimmed it until it fit the light then used the template on the bumper trim and cut it out and I just bonded mine in with black sealer

Good lad! That's DIY for ya! I've recently been thinking about sourcing them from scrap yards - gonna keep my eyes open for a Volvo S40 or likewise and have the side markers front and back off one. That'll give me 4 to play with complete with holders and partial wiring loom. Then as mentioned, make a template and just go for it lol

I was just holding out to see if there were any "direct" or "universal" ones readily available on the market for us.

I'll let you guys know how I get on if I can source a knackered old Volvo to get them from : )

can u not get the mk4 golf ones on ebay any more?

The golf mk4 ones follow the shape of the strip, don't think volvo ones will look any good m8
