hay people am lookin at lowering my fabia so lookin for some advice ,ie a good set of springs ,an dont want to go to low.

Do you want your loering springs for 'looks' or performance? Most lowering springs fitted on OE dampers will spoil the ride (Eibach's, H&R etc)

I've just fitted some KW 'lowering' springs that lower by just 20mm. There's a pic on this thread of what the car looks like with them fitted
