Diesel vRS

Featured Replies

Hello, first post.

I was just wondering if an mk1 Octavia vRS is rare? What about in estate form?

Thanks :)

Estates are uncommon, hatches are common lol

Pretty rare where I am! Getting rarer in the UK as people keep breaking them, hmph.

Just read the title properly there is no such thing as a mk1 diesel vrs lol

Diesel mk2's not mk1's

You can buy the diesel one and vRS it. Easily done. Infact I saw an ambient model vRS'ed up on tuesday!

Where was it? Looks like 2skodafamily's octy lol

Should know I helped fit the spoiler! And the last owner fitted the exhaust and cut it for the tail pipe lol

Not hard to make a vRS look a like though?

Spoiler, wheels, front & rear bumper. Suspension & interior if you're feeling flush!

They are so cheap why would anyone bother spending money to make a car look like a vRS, just buy one! :giggle:

Getting rarer in the UK

I like to think of it as becoming more exclusive

Don't even need to buy a rear bumper lol

just post this in another thread, but i think its relevant here too ;)

Look at that smoke.

Wouldnt say they are THAT common....I only see 1 or 2 driving about around here

Even less so for the estate

They 're gettin more exclusive to find good ones lol.

Due to them being cheap and ppl either breaking the good ones or crashing them.

In answer to your Q tho lol yea they are like rocking horse **** lol. Literally!

Easy and pretty cheap to get hold of all the vRS parts I should say due to ppl breaking. Also you get the added bonus of the eco and torque from the engine.

So glad tho that the mk 1 was never tainted with a lorry engine lol. The mk2 for that reason was a lesser car in my eyes. Plus they are ugly and fat.

Please this is my opinion so don't go taking it to heart and arguing I am wrong!
