Ah - you've got several pdfs. They are most likely from Great Yeti's excellent posts in the http://www.briskoda.net/forums/forum/176-skoda-yeti-technical-guides/ Yeti Technical guides forum. He's done quite a few how-to pdf documents that are linked to there. Look for the posts he's started (Removing the Bolero radio, Yeti Rear door protective foils, etc).

Just to confirm 'The Great Yeti' is a members user name.

He has posted some very useful info in the 'Yeti Technical Guides' section on Briskoda, as mentioned above.
