Ferofix Isofix seat fit in Fabia Estate 2010?

Featured Replies

I've just ordered a Ferofix car seat but there isn't any data to say whether it'll fit properly in my Fabia Estate.

Just assumed it would as it has isofix and will fit without but I see the 2009 hatch won't fit this seat. Surely a 2009 would have isofix too?

Any ideas?

Thanks.

From what I can see on the maxi cosy website the seat appears to be a standard Isofix with some extra bells and whistles. So presume as it says Isofix it will fit the furby.

What I have found with the Isofix seats we have is that due to the width of the car when latched in the seat can make it a bit akward to get the seat belt buckle in place, unless the seat has its own harness.

Thank you for your reply.

The maxi cosi site say it'll fit with seat belts but there's no data to advise on isofix.

I went ahead and ordered but then saw the same site says the isofix CAN'T be used in the 2009 hatch (although can be fitted with seatbelts). I don't want to pay all that money if the isofix isn't suitable. Like you I can't see why it wouldn't but now I'm unsure.
