Shocks Gone, Urgent(ish) Request

Featured Replies

Well as some of you know i put lowering springs on my octy a while back. I was warned about accelerated wear on the standard shocks, and i listened but thought id get away with it for a while - however not as long as i would have liked.

MOT coming up and it wont pass, got full on honda bounce, and she hits stops easily. This is just the front, the rears are fine for now.

My request is as follows: I cant even afford a JOM coilover kit on ebay (£167) as im scraping the barrel with this bad weather were having. Has anyone got........ An old coilover kit that is tired but legal? Ones that have been replaced and sitting in your garage?? Even if its just the fronts!

I am able to pay for them, just not got alot of money spare. Front end always sat too high anyway on these springs so an oportunity to drop it properly.

Heres hoping - and thanks in anticipation

Carl

Try eurocarparts.co.uk - spend over £100 and get 30% off with Winner30 code.

Also try carparts4less.co.uk - get 5% off over a £30 spend with SAVE5.

That's for replacement shocks by the way.

Aye, I know mate. I think if I was taking out the Apex springs I'd replace them with Weitec's or something with more positive feedback from vRS owners.
