Featured Replies

Hi I got my vrs seats cleaned and when I got them back they were still wet for some reason maybe the way they were cleaned anyhow when my windows and doors are closed I start to get a damp smell coming from the seats I have left the seats to dry for a week and still the smell is in side does any body no how to get rid of the smell please get in touch Thanks

That'll be the bacteria that's causing that stink. Stagnant water in essence.

Take the car back and get then to do it again, and insist they air and dry it out completely before giving it you back. That'll take a least one full day with the doors wide open

Didn't wash the carpet too did they?

That'll take a lot longer to dry out iif they did, due to the massive amount of foam under it.

I was in a main stealer the other day, and the valeters had washed the seats and carpet.

Doors had only been closed for 30 minutes with the windows closed, and it was already starting to stink, probably not helped by being a warm day.
