I'm rather new to this car cleaning lark...well doing it properly I mean...The thing is, following advice from a number of you on this part of Briskoda, I got myself some `Chemical Guys Wheel Guard`. It come in a little pot, maybe 4 oz. Well according to what I've been advised, it only needs to be applied to my wheels (2 coats) about twice a year. At that rate its gonna last me about 20 years!!! So, as I say, " Am I missing something?"

Nope, you will find that with some products, as they're applied thinly so they last you the best part of a decade! Other stuff like rapid detailer you can get through in months.
