As it say above - I'm replacing the oil pickup pipe from the sump because I've had a pressure light come on but how do you remove the oil level/sender plug? Is it just a push fit or is there a clip of sorts?

Pull back the tab at the back of the plug which raises the locking mech in the plug then pull off. Sometimes helps if you push the plug inwards when pulling back on the tab.

+1 i use a flat head screw driver wide enough to match width of the tab and gently press with this while pushing in then continue while pulling out
