Would be pleased if somebody could advise me on either - mph @ 1000 rpm in each gear, or, the gear ratios for each gear.

I know its a bit vague but in 5th gear, 2000rpm is about an indicated 78mph and 3000rpm is knocking on for 95mph so its quite high gearing! And also very quiet with the exception of some unintrusive wind noise.

No idea, but I neared the redline in mine in 3rd this morning. Indicated 7mpg and about 70mph and climbing...into 5th, back to 50+mpg and r-e-l-a-x.

High 5th, as it will tell you to change up a gear at 2000rpm, then seem to bog down if anything other than level road.

Changing from 4th to 5th at 2000rpm is about 50mph and correspondingly, 5th then goes to about 1500rpm and 2000rpm gives approx 70. I'll pay more attention later and I know it's not the offical figures.

5th gear - 1500rpm = 50mph. 1750 = 60. 2000 = 70mph.
