Columbus problems

Cant use my sd card reader.

So want to try to update the firmware but not sure what to do what's the best firmware for me.

I've no hidden setup menu.

So using my vcds I get the following details.

Vag number 1zo 035 680 a

Component. Rns-mid H04 1004

Identification. Vd1----

Revision. AB001001

Date. 06.03.08

Man. Num. 0006

So any ideas what I can do. Also what map version can I go too
