EPC and Emissions light on

The EPC and Emissions lights have come on and I've checked the cluster brake lights and they don't work.

Only thing is the 3rd level one still works so I don't think it can be the switch.

The bulbs look ok too but I've yet to try replacing them (will do tonight).

Is it likely to be the wiring or something?

Its an 07 Fabia Estate Bohemia
