My single mass lightened flywheel and clutch conversion arrived this week, ive gone for the lighter 14lb flywheel, but once ive opened the box theres a leaflet saying i might have to diegrand some of the bellhousing away, has anyone fitted one and is it a good conversion

I have a g60 flywheel and vr6 clutch and i never had to do anything to the bell housing,if your having to grind the bell housing i would say it wasnt ment for the car.

Its from awesom gti, and its a ecs tuning flywheel and theres a leaflet inside saying i might have to trim inside of the bellhousing so doesnt catch

Anybody?

I have the exact same one on my vrs. Local independent garage fitted it for me. As far as i know there were no complications fittng. Been on a couple of years now, with no clutch judder. Hope this helps.
