Undertray part number for Elegance 2.0i

After a whack on a kerb, my engine undertray split at the attachments and was hanging off. I have lashed it on, but it really needs replacing. The nearest Skoda dealer to me ordered a part, but it was the wrong one (too short, apparently - I need a large undertray). It seems Skoda's part numbering does not match my car serial number. After five weeks, the dealer and Skoda still have not resolved this (not the sort of service I am used to from Skoda).

Having surfed sites in the UK and abroad, it seems the original part number was 6Q0825237R:

This is now replaced by part number 6R0825237D:

http://www.gistar.co.uk/images/undertray_half.jpg

The new part is much reduced in size and offers no protection for the sump.

Does anyone know where I might find a full-size undertray?
