Amundsen+ Navi; Not receiving TMC updates in Norway

I have a Skoda Superb L&K with the Amundsen+ radio navigation system. I'm quite pleased with the unit as i has DAB+, bluetooth, MDI, etc. So to my question. It seems like the unit does not recieve Traffic updates (TMC). Why is this? To my knowledge the TMC system is up and running in Norway. I have asked my dealer but they didn't give me a clear answer, they wanted to have the car in to the workshop. Before I do that, I wanted to ask if there was anyone from Norway here with the same navi and a working TMC. Anyone?
