Suse or Redhat?

Featured Replies

I'm looking to install Linux, or our IBM iSeries at work. Looks like either Redhat or Suse is compatible with the hardware.

Any difference between the two versions? Which is the most popular?

On the stuff I support (z,p,xSeries) it seems to be SUSE. Unfortunately, our product isn't available on I-Series (yet!) so I don't have any hard evidence to say if it's different on that.... :)
