Its a great car 2005 but with a genuine 48k with full service history 1 lady owner, the car is mint and I'm so pleased with it

The Superb is a much better car than even I thought it would be, Its like driving a Audi/Mercedes Benz

Getting a towbar fitted on Monday, thats why I wanted a PD130 to tow the caravan. £275 with 13 pin socket! its because of the relays I have been told.

It looks like mine! :sun:

Similar mileage too - mine's just made it to 51k.

Cracking cars - mine beat a lot of younger Passats, Saabs and Beemers hand down!

Welcome to Superb ownership

Definitely get the drainage bungs and CCM water leak checked out as soon as possible. Prevention is better than a long and frustrating cure!

I've just had a towbar fitted with 13 pin socket for the caravan.

When the guy tested for power at the rear of the car it was dead, he looked it up and ended up having to change a 20Amp fuse not in the fuse box but behind the dash!! I wasn't there when this happened (didn't charge me any more) but would have liked to have seen how he got to it.

Also only noticed yesterday in the cold morning going to the zoo the heated windscreen isn't working. I wondered if the 20amp fuse and this could be linked or the dreaded water leak  The carpets are bone dry as is the glove box but I want to check the drain holes to be sure.

Thanks for the welcome  We now have a 2000 Fabia 1.4 16v and the Superb, Skoda are great cars
