Fitting 16" VRS wheels on 2003 skoda fabia 1.2 classic

Featured Replies

Hi, i have a 2003 skoda fabia 1.2 classic, i want to fit 16" Vrs alloys but i don't know if i will incur problems with speedo misreading or if they will be a straight swap, anybody who could tell me if they will or give me some tips on how to do it if it's not a straight swap that would be great. cheers

they'll fit straight on as they have the same bolt pattern and probably a bigger offset.

onyl issue could be tyre size.

I'd imagine that keepingthe stadnard 205/45/16 tyres from the VRS alloys shoudl jkeep things right (I can't see the differnet models getting different rolling radius) however i'd google "tyre size calculator"

stick in the size of your current ttyres against the size of the tyres on your alloys and make sure the differnece (if there is one) is less than about 3%

that shodul mean your speedo and milometer will stay true
