Selling my pride and joy, will be really sad to see it go. Only selling it as I'm starting a new project so I need the money.

This is truly a fantastic car, it looks like a standard Gti yet goes like...., well it needs to be experienced to understand how quick it is. Most of the mods were carried out by AMD Essex when the car was with it's original owner. I've tried to include as many pictures as possible including some taken underneath the car.

It is in excellent condition for the year, however there are a few marks on the bonnet which have been touched in. The only other noticeable scar is a scuff on one of the alloys.

Right. Here goes the important bit...the modifications:

KO4 turbo conversion

Quaiffe Limited slip differential

KW variant 3 coilover suspension

H and R anti roll bars

Brembo front brake pads and discs

Uprated Autotech fuel pump

Turbo back Milltek exhaust system

Forge twintercooler

Uprated diverter valve

Sachs clutch

Stage 3+ Performance software

Which all adds up to give it:

342 BHP - rolling roaded - with graphs to prove

and I have had the following work done on it:

Replaced a headlight

Detailed and ceramic coated

Wheels refurbished

Diverter vale replaced

Serviced

I spray painted the expansion tank and windscreen washer tank caps in red. I have included brand new ones in black in case the red ones aren't to your liking

Mot until Sep 2013

Tax until Sep 2013

Front tyres Goodyear Eagle f1 Asymmetric replaced August this year

Rear tyres - Michelin Pilot sports still plenty of tread left

Mileage: approx 76000 will change a bit as I use the car regularly

Lots of service history, mainly main dealer. Lots of receipts

HPI checked

Also...

2 owners (myself included)

Economy round town is between 28 to 31mpg, and on a spirited 200 mile round trip got 36mpg. Seen up to 38mpg driving sensibly, but that's too hard to do with this car ;-) That's according to the trip computer.

Road tax is £270 for 12 months. My insurance (I'm 40) is £650 with Adrian Flux, with all mods detailed and car covered for £11000, limited to 7000 miles, but I have a previous claim and 3 points for an SP30 and live in North Kent

My next project (picking it up tomorrow) is a Petrol Vrs MK2. Kinda got the Skoda bug after buying and modding a Fabia vrs mk1 earlier this year (sold it to get the Golf)

Have priced it at that level as the car has had over £25k spent on it between me and the previous owner and it's an awesome car for the money

That's a real nice wolf in sheep's clothing.

bump, nice car!
