Where can I get a 4 bar fuel regulator for mk1 octavia VRS (Petrol), and how much will it cost

go to vw or audi and ask them,there used in v6 and v8 engines...plus vectra v6 are the same to...there on ebay for about £20

As said Ebay is probably ur best bet. JBS do a Bosch one but its about 70 odd quid.
