Issue with lights and warning lights

Hi guys,

Wondered if anyone could shed any light. The other way dricing to work on the motorway my lights and radio temporily went off and warnign lights came on on my dashboard (abs, traction control light, handbrake light). The lights then came back on and the warning lights went off. Anyone had this before? It also happened to me this afternoon. Another thing i noticed few months back is when it was dark and i had my lights on and sometimes my wipers were on my dash board light would go off for a fraction of a second then come back on when my wipers did there thing.

Can anyone help?
