H&R Lowering Springs

Hi guys,

My 45/50mm (30/35mm on a vRS) lowering springs arrived today. Noticed something odd though. When I checked the part number online (just to be sure they were correct), I noticed it states: model - Octavia I.

However mine is a mk2 Octavia vRS petrol turbo. Does anyone know if the springs are correct? Do the mk1 Octavia and mk2 Octavia share the same springs?

Just checked on AWESOME and these springs are listed under 'Octavia II.' However, when clicking on the description of the springs, they state - Octavia I. The part number I have is listed under the Octavia II heading.

Thought I'd check under the Octavia I listing instead. The springs part number I have aren't listed for the Octavia I vRS.

Admin error?

The guys at AWESOME sorted out the issue.

The issue was me being a prat and not reading the description and part no properly!

Hello, recently my air conditionor kinda stopped working. In the morning or in the evening everything works just fine, normal operation. In the middle of the day, being hot outside (30 to even over 40 degrees outside temperature), when i start the car, for 10-20 seconds everything works, after that a noise like a buzz starts to hear from around the middle of the car. The fan for air conditioning and heater on my 2006 Octavia Mk2 L&K is not working. I have checked the fuses and they are OK. Does it have a relay that might have failed? I am hoping it is not the fan unit itself, as this seems to be peculiar to RHD models with climatronic and was discontinued by Skoda in 2022. (Part no. 1K2 820 021).

Hi All, We've got an issue with the electric boot (the version without the virtual pedal). It's a 70 plate that has been owned by us from new. From when it was a few months old, the boot will not open intermittently. It doesn't seem to matter whether it's opened by the button on the boot itself, the button in the driver's door or the button on the key fob. Hello, I wanted to do some coding on a 2020 Kamiq SEL using ODIS. As the title says I was unable to code 09. I was expecting loads of Adaptations and Plain text / Long coding, but instead this is what I saw with NO options at all. Stg 03 is a similar picture. Is this an issue with ODIS? But I can easily read and code STG 03 and 09 in our SIII. My next thought was, do I want to swap the BCM for a newer or more "advanced". Are BCMs on Kamiq easily interchangeable? The 09 is a BCM A0 Std
