Coilovers?

Featured Replies

Can anyone recommend any coil overs for my Superb that don't brake the bank? Want to lower it as they look good, but I'd like better handling too. Would a rear ARB help too?

If u see projects ...

My one is on JOM coilovers (German)

Good suspension and priced well.... £200 +delivery

First month was very hard due to fresh from the box but now had it 3 months or so....they got better and not that hard but...

If u going for only 40mm then springs the way forward due to 40mm on coilovers feels hard but if u go like my one

Around 80mm with 18" wheels it feels normal , well a bit firmer then normal but I have 3 kids on the back

And my missus on the front and no worrys

..

Let me know if need more info

Are you close to London ..?

Nope north Wales mate. Thanks for the reply though.

I want to go as low as possible without scraping with a full load.

My old mk4 golf GTI had JOM coilovers and the wheels scraped on the arch with 4 people in the car.

So are JOM okay? £200 sounds too good to be true.

Any ideas on anti roll bars?

Arb are hard to find , and when u do find them they are about £150 each so ....

JOM are good kit and arch rolling would be on the list then but I don't see it why u would in superb. ..

My setup ...18"s font 225/40/18 with 8.5j ET 35

Rear 225/45/18 with 9.5j ET 35

And drop of 100mm on front and 80mm on rear and not one arch rolled

I know a friend in south Wales who runs a "car wrap and performance parts business "
