HI I need a replacement front strut for my 1.9 pickup and was wondering if they are the same for the 1.3,1.6 and the 1.9 diesel ???????

i dont think they are the same, as the 1.9 diesel is a much heavier engine, best just going with diesel ones to be sure. Or maybe an ideal time to fit mk1 focus coilovers

Hi ive just taken off the front shocks off my felly there good you can have them for a £10r

there off a 1.3mpi mate sorry .

as far as i know they all have the same dampers, it's only the spring which is different, they used to list different dampers for hatch/pickup on the front but they all resolve to the same superceeded part number now..

the rear dampers are unique to the pickup though because they dont have a spring perch on the pickup version but if you are desperate you can get away with using a hatch/estate damper on a pickup
