(I learn a little bit)

Morning fellows, After do all @numskulltold me, the noise still there. In other garage, much more trusted, the worst scenario appears again: "the steering rack". They will offer me 2 alternatives: - Repair the piece. - Replace the piece. I don't have the prices yet, but only the new piece cost around 1000€. I'm contacting with Skoda, both garages (official and non-official) told me the same "It's not logic in a car with 5 years and less than 50.000KM have this kind of problem, except a manufacter issue. The car haven't got guaranty but at least try to speak with Skoda assistance". Thank you all for the advices, I learn so much. If I have any notice I'll notice to you fellows!! PD: The Three Wise Men will be lightly laden this year.... 😞

Thanks a lot for the info. I'll check prices because the Spanish distributors are more expensives than English and I assume it will be more easy find info in english than spanish.

I own a 2018 Superb, I assume for a domestic use best option is HEX-V2, best place/price to buy it? I'm from Spain so I prefer spanish language, but I don't care if is in English (doubt: could you easily change it later?) Thanks for all the info you attach!!!

I still having this issue, did you finally solved? or at least did you check everything you asked? -
Updated: The receptionist of the official dealer told me, out of the records, that the mecanics says the sound is so typical when the rubber is broken or just worm out. They give 3years warranty, thats the reason for change the entire piece instead just the "problem". How dificult is change this rubber? I'll go to other place to check it again ofc. Thanks guys!!!!
