British Army Soldier 2000 (mk2) Leather Gloves, Gortex.

Featured Replies

Hi,

Bought a pair of these new however they're a little big for me. Annoying, as Im normally size 9 in snow gear but it seems I am not in british issued gear :( Done alot of research/comparison on these and they are the winter gloves to have. Many 'fakes/imitations' out there, these are genuine, improvement from the famous soldier 95 gloves.

As new, I worn them once to try for size indoors, didnt fit, upset, now looking for size 8, same set-up.

Looking for £18 posted, (unlikely but..) quite happy to trade like for like but size 8. :)

Fun fact while I was researching - Apparently the government bought these in at £40 a piece

I'll get some pics soon.

What size are your hands mate? Not quite sure what size 8 or 9 means, is that in inches? Cheers.

Hi sorry didnt see this, PM is best.

Size 9 is 23-25cm for the palm/knuckle area (going round). Im 22-23cm ish "small/medium" and gloves are medium - tiny bit too big annoyingly.

No Problem.

Bump, just bought some size 8s now (not waiting till the end of winter to properly try them out!).

Just a little more info, they're Gortex, leather and breathable so you wont sweat like a pig in them. I haven't tested the ones im selling, but I'll give an update when the size 8's have arrived :)

I hate to buy 2nd's for these kind of things.. really don't know where the previous hands have been..

pics?
