Hi guys just dropped car of for oil consumption test so this is the 8 th visit in 5000 km after expensive letters from my legal people now has this test . From what I gather some have had this before the breather pipe mod , mine is after. Mod. And oil is stll being used at way to higher rates . So in short today they must return vehicle back to there rehearsed line To Original Warranty Specifications. Was also told that there is a recal and gearbox software upgrade. I guess this might be a cover for me whining about really high fuel consumption and loss of power.

Member here rejected theirs for this very reason. Loads of time in the garage and still had the issue

Amazing how quickly lawyer involvement get things happening. A pity you have had to do this to get results, but it's often the way of the world.

Yep if you want it sorted fast its going too cost which is a shame, however you can always try too claim monies back if found too be faulty ?
