Hi, I've a Skoda Octavia 2007 and have issue with the radiator fan. When I start the engine the fan runs at full speed even though the car is cold (the fan also starts running when I turn the key but do not start the engine) .

Then it runs at full speed but it seems to stop after some minutes, perhaps 15-20 min.

What can be causing this issue ?

Does your car blow hot air inside at all?
