Anyone selling springs for 1988 pickup

i am looking to lift my pickup back to normal ride height ,as i use her daily for work , and was wondering if anyone on this site have any lying about they dont need or intend to use again?

If so could you message me with a price , i would arrange a courier to collect and payment would be made through paypal or whatever suits !!!

i also like the idea of freebies , but thats just me scrounging again,lol

,Also when i change the springs again would it be a good idea to change the shocks?
