Hi

When trying to access the map on the Amundsen+ no roads are displayed and the sat nav will not give any direction to a destination.

Is there anyway to reload the map or does this need a call to the dealer to fix the problem?

You need another antenna it's a known issue fault on the skoda, I had mine changed under warranty

It actually looks like the maps are not loaded, it should also give the version number in there. When you drive around does the compass still move?

I think the maps are loaded because if u put it in demo mode it will recognise the start location and demo the route,but if u press the info button it tells u your in Hereford or Telford or any where but where u actually are,........................it appears to be a known prob with a skoda fix ....antenna prob......?if yours has been resolved please post.mines going in this weekend to the dealers ,not holding my breath......bet it's a second visit

It's a known issue antenna failure ! Tell the dealers and contact suk they'll have to order one in for you, and remove your old one and replace, the dealer in Abergele told me about the issue and that he had replaced several already
