I've sent an email asking for advice twice to info@skoda and once to info@skoda-info and got no reply.

I contacted them four years ago and got an immediate reply.

I'm doing something wrong--like a wrong email address or a question they don't want to answer.

Sent emails to those addresses a few times and only ever gotten a response once, and even then it was completely pointless.
