Hi all,

I've not posted in here since we purchased our 2012 vRS last year - it's been great so far and it's a hoot to drive!

I've a small problem with the R/H door mirror... well, the car has, along with a concrete pillar in a car park.

The cover's split and the indicator lens that's in the mirror cover is also broken. Whilst the cover's still attached to the car, it's not seated properly, and I can't for the life of me,work out how to seat it properly again.

Can anyone give me some tips here, please? I looked in the manual as I thought the light would be something that could be changed, but I couldn't find it covered in there either.

As I'll need to buy a new mirror cover (presumably these are only in primer when purchased?) and a new indicator lens, could someone please tell me the part numbers for these 2 pieces?

I can get a local-ish body shop to paint the cover for €25 cash and get them to stick the new bits on quickly. :-)

Can't help with part numbers sorry but I do know they come unpainted. I have a set of unpainted covers for sale (both left and right) if that helps you out?
